History of Ukarimu Community Based Organization

Ukarimu community based organization was established in the year 2018 by the professionals in the community who were sharing ideas and visions on how to improve the society in terms of representation and unleashing the potential of young individuals by maximizing their talents and helping the needy children by supporting them with basic essential needs for their academic and economic welfare.

As a matter of fact, the organization was officially registered in year 2021 with the ministry of gender children and social protection as a community based organization having met the minimum requirements to operate in the Nyaribari Chache with its main office located at Keoke.

Having done all this things the organization has an active bank with Kenya commercial bank A/C No: 1285070046      and the KRA pin certificate is up to date with the tax compliance certificate.

To this far the organization has 27 active members with the executive committee composed of seven members who make policies for the organization, and this representation include youths and women.

The policies for the organization are guided by the constitution and all matters are discussed and agree upon in an open and transparent without any discrimination.
